Admin Executive MYR 2000 - 2500 Selangor Responsibilities:

General clerical duties/office administration.

Monitor and handle office’s maintenance.

Verify documents, data key in & update accurately and timely.

To organize and manage documents, record and filling for smooth data retrieving.

Handle basis correspondence, documents and follow-up functions.
-
Possess positive work attitude and able to perform multi tasking.

Prepare quotations and invoices for projects.
-
Handle issuance of standard HR letters / documents and other correspondence.
-
Ensure the Company and individuals are in compliance with statutory rules and regulations for employment and industrial relations.

Any other ad-hoc tasks will be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, any field.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
