Phamaceutical/ F & B/ Skincare & Healthcare - Sales & Marketing Manager Kuala Lumpur Responsibilities:

To lead the sales & marketing team

To appoint and manage distribution channels/dealers/agents to penetrate new market

To establish, plan, setting goals and strategies for marketing activities in the short and long- run for Sales & Marketing division

To develop and implement marketing program to ensure objectives are met

To organize sales activities as well as innovative ways of brand and image building
-
To manage annual budgeting exercise

To meet revenue target
-
To maintain good customer relationship with Corporate clients as well as Business Counterparts

To actively provide new marketing ideas, analyse market developments

To achieve individual sales target

To develop new sales strategies & activities
Requirements:

Posses a Degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Public Relations or any other related discipline

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to cope with competing demands and to priorities task

Able to work independently under minimum supervision

Outgoing personality

Posses own transport

Require language : English, Malay, Mandarin
