KEMAMAN BITUMEN COMPANY SDN BHD (KBC) is operating an oil refinery in Kemaman, Terengganu, primarily to produce bitumen and other oil products. We are looking for an enthusiastic Personal Assistant to support our CEO in our Head Office in Empire Tower, Subang Jaya.
Personal Assistant to CEO Selangor - Empire Subang Responsibilities:
Acting as a liaison between clients, customers and colleagues both over the phone and in person you will need to be corporately presented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Daily tasks will include email correspondence, booking meetings, diary management, arranging travel and general office administration and reception work. Strong computer skills are essential for the role.
The successful applicant will demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude to their work as well as show initiative. This is a varied and fast paced position so applicants will need to possess strong organisational and time management skills as well as be flexible to the challenges of a professional personal assistant. The position is immediately available.
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
