In line with our rapid growth domestically and our international expansion in Singapore, Indonesia and China, we are seeking suitable candidates for the following position in our Food & Beverage segment.
Selangor - Subang Jaya
Generally on Pre and Post Contract administration.
Prepare Bills of Quantities and Tender Documentation.
Involved in estimating, tender preparation and coordinate for tender process.
Preparation of project budgets and progress claims.
Administration of contracts up to finalization of account and cost monitoring.
Prepare monthly management report.
Diploma/Certificate in any relevant discipline or its equivalent.
Preferably with minimum 1-2 years of contract administrative experience.
Good command of English; ability to speak Mandarin and Cantonese is an added advantage.
Well-versed in Microsoft Office. Self-motivated, organized and a team player.
Possess strong planning, analytical, and problem solving skills.
High integrity, independently, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
