Preventive Healthcare is a leading marketing company partnering one of Malaysia's most prestigious hospital chains. We are currently looking for suitable candidate for the following position:

Customer Care Manager
MYR 3500 - 5000
Kuala Lumpur - Midvalley Boulevard Offices

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Customer Care Dept Daily activities
  • Manage payments collections
  • Take complaints and respond in a professional manner
  • Liaise with department heads and Directors to meet organizational goals

Requirements:

  • Applicants are willing to work in Midvalley
  • Graduated in any discipline
  • MUST SPEAK GOOD English & Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
  • MS Office skills required
  • Knowledge of pivot table will be an added advantage
  • Excellent organizing & communication skills
  • Energetic and result-oriented
  • Minimum 3-5 years supervisory experience  
  • Monday to Friday , 10 am to 6pm , alternate Saturday Full day
  • Own transport is prefered 
  • Qualified Female Applicants who can Speak Chinese and start immediately will be preferred
  • If you do not qualify for the manager role, you will be given either the Senior / Junior roles.
