Quantity Surveyor
Sarawak - Kuching
Responsibilities:
-
Responsible for site measurement / taking-off quantities / preparation of bills of quantities / establish database for cost and materials / valuation of variation etc
-
To monitor budget and keep track of project cost;
-
Evaluate and preparing contractual claims, project close-out
-
To prepare progress reports, variation orders and final accounts and other related documents
Requirements:
-
Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
-
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
-
Preferably Chinese speaking candidates
