• To prepare monthly management reports and forward to the Finance Manager for the approval before submission to the Directors.
• To check, process and execute payment for approved staff claims.
• To be responsible to ensure all costs are taken up and billings are carried out for all jobs to be closed after reconciling the appropriate schedules.
• To post all required journal entries including recurring journals as per the approved budget/projection data.
• To ensure that the company(s) monthly expenses are accrued or provided, for correctness of the accounting records.
