§  Attend to members’ enquiries/complaints via calls concerning the services and products provided by Client.

 

§  SPM/Degree/Diploma or minimum STPM

§  Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

§  Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage

§  Preferably with experience from a call center or customer services environment

§  Not intimidated by pressure and work volume

§  Well mannered with pleasant disposition
