Kuala Lumpur, Ampang (Selangor), Petaling Jaya (Selangor), Selayang (Selangor) Responsibilities:

In-charge of the reception activities, including talking & making calls, messages, emails and receiving guests.

Data entry and preparation of operational documents

Ensuring smooth flow of documentation and proper filing
-
To assist in basic office administration. Photocopying and filing of claims and invoices. Maintaining record keeping, and proper filling systems. Handle postage, issuing of purchase orders and order placements.

To perform a variety of duties which involve basic accounting

Able to handle other administration work
Requirements:

Candidate must possess Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

At least 1 year related working experience

Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia

Computer literate
