Patent Engineer
Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:

• Selected candidates will be trained for conducting patent searches, drafting of patent specification for new technology or inventions and preparing technology reports.
• Advise clients on patentability of new inventions or innovations, filing and prosecuting Malaysia and international IP applications.
• Promote the intellectual property services and to meet client's business objective.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Master or a strong Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Bio-Chemical, Biotechnology, Electronic or Electrical), Law, Chemistry, Physic or equivalent qualifications
• Having interest in reading and learning new technologies
• Experience is not necessary but preferred
• Strong command in written English
• Strong coordination and organization skill
• Independently and possess a high level of responsibility & commitment
• Meticulous, vibrant personality with an eagerness to learn
• Independent worker with a analytical mind; adaptable and motivated
• Ability to improvise and to work under pressure in a multi-tasks situation
• Required language(s): English, Chinese and Malay
