MARKETING ADMIN Selangor - Phileo Damansara I, PJ Responsibilities:
Purpose of the position:
The Marketing Admin is responsible in assisting the day-to-day administration of Strathclyde MBA programme, fulltime postgraduate programmes and any other programs that we may represent in future. The candidate will be assisting the Marketing Manager in the logistics and administration of the programme initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide some day-to-day administrative support to the Marketing Manager

Up-keep of the prospect records/database, coordinate and manage room bookings together with its facilities

Liaising with office vendors and suppliers
-
Assist the Marketing Manager with MBA previews / programme presentation, walk-in clients and answering prospects’ phone queries

Assist in the education fairs and road shows to market and promote the MBA and other full-time post-graduates programmes.

Attend to any other tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:

Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to details

Proficient in both written and spoken English

Computer literate in Microsoft Office/Word/PowerPoint/Excel

Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop is an advantage

Diploma/Degree holder
