Human Resource Manager
Kedah - Langkawi Responsibilities:

Responsible for formulation and implementation of all Human Resource management and development matters.

Responsible for recruitment appropriate employees to meet the needs of the business unit, reviewing and recommending appropriate compensation and staff welfare.

To develop and manage an effective an thorough training module for the resort.

Planning and coordinate training and development programs.

Manage day to day administrative and operational activities of the Human Resource Department.

Provide counselling session to employees on matters regarding their duties , responsibilities and discipline matters upon request by the respective Head of Departments. Conduct full investigation on grievance or disciplinary matters and refer to General Manager for further action.

Prepare manpower and payroll budget for the compamy based on the target revenue and departmental requirement. Conduct productivity study to ensure the number of manpower in budget can justify the business targets of the company.
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Human Resource Management or equivalent..

Other non-Human Resource qualifications can be considered if relevant human resource experience has been obtained.

Must have good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken.

Well versed with Employment Act, latest Malaysian Labour and Industrial Laws and prevailing Human Resource practices and legislation with minimum of 5 years relevant working experience.

Possess good leadership skills with strong communication and interpersonal skill.

Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
