Technical Support Specialist
Penang - Bayan Baru

Responsibilities:

  • The Technical Support Specialist provides first line telephone support for web hosting.
  • The Technical Support Specialist currently supports users from Malaysia.
  • The Technical Support Specialist is responsible to guide the customer by using the necessary tools and software to assist the customer to resolve the issue.
  • To reply to clients via Helpdesk

Requirements:

  • Able to use the Internet as a tool for research.
  • The ability to troubleshoot and communicate all technical problems in a clear and logical manner.
  • Writing skills including the ability to understand technical terminology.
  • Strong customer service focus with the ability to empathize as well as prioritizes customers need.
  • Required language: English.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Baru, Penang.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Candidates must possess at least a SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • 2 Full-Time and Contract position available.
