Recruitment Specialist
Kuala Lumpur - Jalan Pinang

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate sourcing of suitable candidates across various channels via Job Portals, Recruitment Agencies and Employee Referral.
  • Work closely with Recruitment Agencies towards sharing requirements, shortlisting profiles, coordinating for interviews and final updates.
  • Conduct telephone interview to prescreen candidates or review applicants from job portals and employee referral to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
  • Research new ways of using Internet for recruitment or jobsites to identify and source talents.
  • Perform reference and background checks for potential talents before job offer.
  • Update & maintain of recruitment database on a daily basis.
  • Adhering towards planned recruitment targets and timelines.
  • Convey job offer to successful candidate and arrange for signing of offer letter before start date.
  •  Work closely with the other departments for any pre-employment preparation e.g. IT & Admin

Requirements:

  • Possess relevant degree in HR or any other field.
  • Candidate should have 2 years of working experience from recruitment background.
  • Experience in bulk hiring will be an added advantage.
  • Strong oral and written communication skill in English.
  • Should be self-motivated, resourceful, and possess high level of integrity as well as ability to maintain confidentiality.
  •  Strong organizational skills and able to produce accurate work under pressure and meeting stringent deadlines.
