Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to the accounts department for the preparation of payroll, EPF and Socso
- Administer staffs’ leave entitlements and ensure that staff leave entitlement applications are within the company’s policies and guidelines
- Update and maintain staff attendance records and files
- Provide supervisory support on receptionist and dispatch person
- Supervise cleaning lady in office maintenance activities, that is pantry and office cleaning
- Prepare memo and letters for staffs in their respective departments
- Register and renew company licenses
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks when assigned by the Head of Accounts Department
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks when assigned by the management
