Human Resource Manager
Ipoh (Perak)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources initiatives, including developing HR policies and procedure,  Recruitment, Payroll Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, Manpower Planning, Foreign Workers, and to foster and develop a positive relation between all employees of the Company within the Group
  • To identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance
  • To formulate, develop, implement, review, evaluate and recommend HR strategic plan in line with the company’s directions and objectives
  • Work closely and coordinate with other departments in order to meet the goal and objective of organization
  • To guide and ensure that the heads of department to meet their respective KRA’s & KPI’s
  • Oversee the overall management of employee related issues such as grievance handling, employees discipline and termination
  • To advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues
  • Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs
  • To lead a team, supervise and ensure the smooth operation of HR functions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant HR specialist and managerial experience at a senior level 
  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or equivalent (preferably with MBA)
  • Excellent written and communication skill in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Must be well-versed with the Malaysian Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act and prevailing HR practices and legislations and able to liaise with government department, local authorities and other related statutory bodies
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skill, a team player, proactive and enthusiastic
  • Strong analytical skill and able to work under pressure
