Civil Executive/Civil Technician
Pahang - Kuantan

Responsibilities:

The Civil Executive role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities both internally and externally focused on
  • Championing team and process building
  • Coordinate efforts, maintaining relationships while developing a high level of trust and credibility with clients, owners, alliance partners, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Functional responsibility and accountability to coordinate and deliver all aspects of the assignment in accordance with our contractual obligations while maintaining the highest level of industry standards
The Civil Technician role focused on 
  • Reporting to the Civil Executive and responsible for servicing and managing territory
  • Doing inspection and repairing works on site
  • Prepare calculation of quantity, BQ, specification and document contract
  • Initiate quotation and tenders
  • Supervise repair work following the drawing, BQ and specification
  • Measure and calculate the quantity of project
  • Deal directly with customers to maintain quality relationships

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent -Civil Executive.
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM and Professional Certificate in Engineering (Civil) would be advantageous - Civil Technician
  • Required skills: good spoken and written communication in English and Bahasa Melayu and well versed in computer in Word, Excel and other Windows application - Civil Executive & Civil Technician
  • At least 5 years (Civil Executive) and 2 years (Civil Technician) of working experience in the related field
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent - Civil Executive
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Kuantan - Civil Executive & Civil Technician
