Client Liaison Officer
Kuala Lumpur - Menara Standard Chartered, Jalan Sultan Ismail

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparation and compilation of document to be submitted to the government authority

  • Daily administrative work which include typing, scanning, photocopying, filling, keeping and maintaining records required for smooth operation of regulatory functions

  • Monitor deadlines imposed by the government authority

  • Assist in keeping track of progress and timeline of registration issues

  • Handle uncomplicated queries from customers and internal staff regarding the regulatory matters

  • Assist in handling routine submission of various reports

Requirements:

  • Age 30 and below

  • Preferable Junior Executives specializing in administration support or Customer Service or equivalent

  • A tertiary education in any discipline

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Self driven, service oriented with a passion for helping people

  • Start immediately
