Production Planning & Logistic Executive
Selangor - Kajang Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the planning and preparation of monthly production output.
2. Responsible for the preparation of monthly BOM for production planning.
3. Responsible for the delivery arrangement of finished products to customers.
4. Responsible to ensure smooth delivery of finished products to customers.
5. To schedule all deliveries of finished products according to customer requirement.
6. To liaise with third party transport company to effectively ensure smooth delivery process.
7. Responsible in the preparation of Delivery Orders (DO) for daily delivery of finished products.
8. Compile and update data on daily delivery of finished products.
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or Business Studies/Administration/Management or Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.

Required skill(s): Business Planning, Basic accounting, UBS Inventory & Billing, Computer literate.

Possess skills in decision-making and problem solving.

Able to work independently with minimum suoervision.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Production Planning / Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
