We are a well established international remittance company seeking dynamic individuals to fill the following position:
Kuala Lumpur - Based in HQ- Plaza Sentral KL
Oversea and facilitate all the administrative support for HQ.
Manage the administrative functions such as office supplies, office maintenance and flight and hotel arrangement.
Supervise administrative staff such as tea lady, receptionist & driver
To relief receptionist during her absence.
To assist management staff in daily administrative
To provide support on logistics, delivery of document, cleanliness of office premises and office supplies for HQ Office.
Any other duties/responsibilities outside job scope as deemed necessary.
Diploma / Degree in Admin or HR or Secretarial
Minimum one (1) year working experience.
Able to work independently with good writing skills in English.
Good interpersonal and communication skills (Malay/ English).
