We are a well established international remittance company seeking dynamic individuals to fill the following position:

Office Administrator
Kuala Lumpur - Based in HQ- Plaza Sentral KL

Responsibilities:

  • Oversea and facilitate all the administrative support for HQ.
  • Manage the administrative functions such as office supplies, office maintenance and flight and hotel arrangement.
  • Supervise  administrative staff such as tea lady, receptionist & driver
  • To relief receptionist during her absence.
  • To assist management staff in daily administrative
  • To provide support on logistics, delivery of document, cleanliness of office premises and office supplies for HQ Office.
  • Any other duties/responsibilities outside job scope as deemed necessary.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Admin or HR or Secretarial
  • Minimum one (1) year working experience.
  • Able to work independently with good writing skills in English.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (Malay/ English).
  • Salary Negotiable.
