- To deliver excellent service through Citibank difference via phone interactions with existing customers by providing customer servicing/transaction capability and to prospects by generating interests and generates leads.
- To identify cross sales opportunities with existing customers with an objective of deepening customer relationships.
- Responsible for building the business and deepening customer relationships through execution of effective telephone banking process.
- Accountable for meeting individual Standard of Performance (SOP) and Department goals and standards.
- To provide customer’s feedback to CitiPhone Service Manager / Service Supervisor to assist in decision making and enhancing the Bank’s image.
- To comply with Citibank’s policies and available procedures/guidelines to ensure safety and security of the Bank and customers’ assets are maintained
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Relevant working experience in the related field is an advantage.
- MUST willing to work on shifts, public holidays and weekends
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Should be web savvy and have strong PC skills.
- MUST be able to do CROSS-SELLING through phone.
