Technical Services Manager(Medical Devices)
Selangor - Shah Alam
Responsibilities:

Manage and develop a technical Field Service team and ensure a high level of technical support services is provided to our customers

Developing new SOPs, KPIs and ensuring all necessary targets are met and SOPs complied with

To isolate a technical problem by develping a chain of testing procedures in order to define a proper technical solutions

Promote and enroll customers to the company's maintenance plans

Plan and perform medical equipment upgrades, break-down repairs and new installations

Lead monthly operations meeting with Principals to review the performance of the servicing and preparing reports
Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Engineering- Electronic/Electrical engineering is preferred

Minimum 3-5 years' experience as Field Service Technical Engineer in Diagnostics or related field, and 2 years' in supervisory/management level.

Able to organise and express ideas clearly, both verbal and written

Good communication and interpersonal skills in English with working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP
