Contract Manager
Kuala Lumpur - Manjalara, Kepong

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with consultants and respective stakeholders in Design & Planning Stage to ensure the overall project is as per budgeted.
  • Responsible for Tender Preparation, tendering, negotiation and award of projects.
  • Monitor and control overall budget with the input from respective stakeholders.
  • Weekly financial updates to the management.
  • Check and recommend payments.
  • Finalise account and cost analysis on completed projects.
  • Responsible for Renovation and Refits works from estimate, negotiation, award, interim payment and final account.

Requirements:


  • Degree Holder in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
  • Excellent in Microsoft Excel/ Microsoft Words/ Power Point software.
  • Adaptable to different environment and changes.
  • Work Independently and able to undertake pressure.
  • Have the coordination skills with respective stakeholders.
  • Min. 5 years working experience in construction industry.
  • Familiar with pre and post contract works.
  • Able to produce estimate, BQ, evaluate quantity and rate, negotiation, finalise account and cost analysis
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Manjalara, Kepong.
