Recruitment Consultant/Senior/Asst Manager
Central (Singapore)

Responsibilities:

Due to our Company expansion plan, we are seeking for dynamic and driven individuals to join us as Recruitment Consultant/Senior Consultant or Assistant Manager

  • Responsible for full spectrum of recruitment functions
  • Prospecting for new business opportunities and developing professional relationships with clients
  • Sourcing, screening and profiling suitable candidates for positions
  • Conducting face-to-face and phone interviews with candidates  
  • Achieving monthly sales target

 

For Senior role & above :-
 
  • You will assist to lead and manage a team of Recruitment Consultants and motivate them towards meeting the individual / team sales target.
  • You will have the responsibility of displaying strong leadership quality and people management skills for smooth operation of the entire team and work with the Division Managers.
  • Assist in High Level Positions, client enquiries and ensure sales target are met individually.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree holder
  • Minimum 1-5 years of experience in related recruitment industry as Consultant/Senior Consultant or Assistant Manager/Manager
  • Experience in managing a sales team and able to meet individual sales target given
  • Strong motivator and result-driven person
  • Good track record in meeting sales target
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
