Responsibilities:

• Assisting Restaurant Manager on the day-to-day operations of the restaurant including managing labor, inventory and supplies.
• Ensures and maintain high standards of service, product quality and cleanliness of restaurant.
• Ensures that facility and equipment are maintained to company's standards on a day-to-day basis.
• Performing any other relevant duties as and when required.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Self motivated and ablt to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Food & Beverage Preparation/Services Management or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position but fresh graudute are encourage to apply.
• Applicants must be willing to work within Malaysia.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably junior executives specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
