PR Account Manager (Corporate/Financial and ICT)
Kuala Lumpur - Jalan P.Ramlee

Responsibilities:

We are looking for two dynamic and self-motivated Account Managers to assist us in developing and managing our expanding client base in the Corporate / Financial and ICT sectors.
The successful candidates should have some working experience in a public relations/media/corporate environment and the following attributes:
  • Creative and resourceful, with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently to lead clients’ accounts and manage PR programmes
  • Excellent media relations skills with an understanding of social media platforms
  • Able to monitor, analyse and provide feedback to management and clients
  • Able to write and edit press releases, articles and reports
  • A team player with a friendly attitude

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Art & Social Science, Business Studies/Administration, Marketing & Economics or equivalent, preferably with a specialization in English, Journalism or Mass Communications.
  • At least 3 - 5 year(s) of working experience in a PR agency or a Corporate Communications environment is required for this position.
  • Ideally should have some experience working in a Financial/Investor Relations field for the PR Manager (Corporate/Financial) position or a working knowledge of the ICT industry for the  PR Manager (ICT) position
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written). Able to write and speak other languages will an added advantage
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Word and Power Point applications
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Jalan P.Ramlee, Kuala Lumpur.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Public Relations/Communications or equivalent.
