Responsibilities:

Managerial skills within all aspects of the organization, mostly:
  • Operational Management
  • Business and Sales Planning
  • Managing Finance
  • Risk Management
  • Organizational Development
  • Project Management
  • Human Resources
  • Commercial gate keeper and organizer
  1. Manage internal organization to achieve quality standard, on time delivery and prompt support to worldwide customers.
  2. Promoting company image and culture to internal operational team.
  3. Coaching and provide motivation to overall organization.
  4. Provide a pleasant working environment to all employees.
  5. Ensure company compliance with corporate and government policies and legal expect.
  6. Monitoring on financial planning and analysis.
  7. To lead manufacturing team meeting delivery and quality targets.
  8. Co-ordinate for materials flow and engineering improvement activities.
  9. Commercial gate keep and organizer.
  10. Work with ERP computerized system for sales orders and feedback to customers.
  11. Work with European Counterpart for product development and project transfer.
  12. Report directly to Group CEO for the progress and improvements of organization.

Requirements:

  1. University Degree in Engineering/Finance/MBA.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in Management, preferable experience with working for or with an European company/Counterpart.
  3. Experience in Operational Management, Manufacturing Planning and new Product Development.
  4. Good interpersonal skills, such as proven leadership, confidence, team player and self initiated.
  5. Ability to control manufacturing process and ensure the quality and product delivery to meet not only the requirements of the customer but also the ISO 9001 qualifications.
  6. Experience with an ISO 9001 environment.
  7. Both Female and Male has equal chance for the position.
  8. Fluent in English, Bahasa and Mandarin.
