Marcom Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

 
  • Implement the organization's A & P strategy - develop and execute promotional campaigns through various channels such as exhibitions, telemarketing, print advertisements & social media network
  • Create and support marketing strategies for the hotel and at the same time ensure all marketing/ communications materials (e.g. hotel brochures, newsletters, website etc.) are aligned with the organization branding and standards
  • Handle portfolios such as media relations, publicity, events management and advertising campaigns
  • Responsible for strategising, planning and implementing loyalty marketing activities
  • Constantly review and update hotel websites, newsletters, social media, blogs, message boards, email discussion, live charts to generate exposure of CMS & CRM channels
  • Handle institutional communications, internal communications, press relations and support social media initiatives
  • Manage relationships with PR providers, advertising agencies and other strategic suppliers at all level
  • Evaluate effectiveness of online marketing programs, draw conclusions and develop recommendations based on results in a timely basis

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent
  • At least 3-4 year(s) of working experience preferably in marcom or hospitality industry, of which at least 2 years is at managerial level
  • Pleasant personality and disposition, good interpersonal skills, comfortable and confident in interacting with various level of society
  • Ability to communicate well in English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage
  • Creative, independent yet a team player
  • Must be computer literate with a good presentation skill
  • Aggressive, result oriented and willing to work long hours
  • Excellent in presentation, spoken and written skills
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to multitask
