IT Technician
Johor Bahru (Johor) - Permas Jaya, Kangkar Pulai
Responsibilities:

To attend and provide IT support on-site, on telephone and online to customers on hardware, software applications and network installations
-
Provide and handle user & technical support, helpdesk services, as well as maintenance and troubleshoot any software product and services
-
Perform installation, configuration and troubleshooting of PCs, Servers and printers and related services
-
Responsible for system setup and installation as well as system upgrading
-
Manage and monitor IT inventory such as desktop, laptop, printer, toner, CD and etc
-
Assist other IT personnel in implementation of new systems and projects
-
Prepare the necessary report on a timely basis to Head of Department
-
Willing to travel between company outlet and customer place
Requirements:
-
Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
