We are the manufacturer and distributor of the ‘MML’ brand of homogeneous porcelain and ceramic tiles. In line with our business expansion plans, we are seeking a highly motivated, capable and resourceful Malaysian to join our team for the following position based in Kluang, Johor
Johor - Kluang
Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial and operational information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to the Management
- Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing cause of unexpected variances
- Prepare, coordinate and manage the business planning, budgeting and forecasting process
- Oversee and manage the continued development of budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plan and modelling tools
- Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies
- Develop financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives
- Maintain and develop financial accounting and internal control manual
- Assist the Finance Director and Financial Controller in the preparation of executive summary and presentations
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy with membership in either MIA, CIMA, ACCA, CPA or its equivalent
- More than 5 years’ relevant working experience in the Manufacturing and auditing experience
- Must possess high standards of accuracy, precision and ethical value.
- Knowledge in ERP System, Business Intelligent tools and proficient in MS Office application
- Possess excellent command of English, both verbal and written as well as effective communication skills
- Analytical with good leadership skills
