Shift Supervisor
Johor - Jalan Tampoi, Johor Bahru.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Establish, implement & maintain quality programs for all products under his/her control to ensure the products comply to statutory, regulatory & customer requirements & standards
  • Engage in problem solving and establish corrective and preventative actions to prevent reoccurrence
  • Initiative and drive continuous improvement projects to ensure quality and safety of products continuously comply to prevailing statutory, regulatory & customer requirements in the most effective and efficient manner, including costs
  • Responsible for planning and directing activities of department such as resorting work and A.C.L. on-line inspection  

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience in Quality Control/ Assurance, ISO 9001:2000 & HACCP requirement will be an added advantage
  • Possess good leadership, interpersonal & communication skills, with different levels of staff, including those at the shop-floor
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills with strong business acumen and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to work as a team and under minimum supervision
  • Able to work in shift rotation
  • Computer literate and fast learner
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
