Responsibilities:

Co-ordinate and liaise with country units to ensure timely data submission.

Conduct desktop review and validate data submitted by country units to ensure relevance and comprehensiveness of all data submitted, and clarify with the country unit should any doubts arise from the submission.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of data received / outstanding, and promptly follow-up on all outstanding data.

Analyze trends and prevalence in qualitative and quantitative data to produce effective summaries of analysis output.

Develop and maintain in-depth understanding of survey application software, methodology and quality standards to enhance the overall credibility of databases and to identify and rectify problems the first time.
Requirements:

A degree involving research, mathematics and/or statistical subjects. Candidates with lower qualification but good experience and interest in numerical skills are welcome to apply.

Good understanding of survey methodologies.

Good time management skill.

Effective oral and written communication skills.

Good interpersonal skills.

Competent in using database management software, such as Excel and Access.
