RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To make outgoing calls pertaining to new sign ups in order to validate customers' details and ensure that all legal requirements with regards to the subscription terms are complience
  • Perform various surveys as requested by management when doing outbound call
  • Attending to enquiries and disputes by internal and external customers via Validation Helpdesk
  • Perform day to day operations of the Activation Department assisting the Superiors
  • Preparing various reports for Management analysis
  • To update, compile and monitor validation related data analysis in recording Database
  • REQUIREMENTS:

  • SPM/STPM/Diploma holder in any field or equivalent
  • Good organization, telephone and communication skills
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Call Centre related environment
  • Fluent in oral & written English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Ability to converse in other languages will be an advantage
  • PC literate in Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel
  • Flexible and possess ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
