RESPONSIBILITIES:
To make outgoing calls pertaining to new sign ups in order to validate customers' details and ensure that all legal requirements with regards to the subscription terms are complience
Perform various surveys as requested by management when doing outbound call
Attending to enquiries and disputes by internal and external customers via Validation Helpdesk
Perform day to day operations of the Activation Department assisting the Superiors
Preparing various reports for Management analysis
To update, compile and monitor validation related data analysis in recording Database
REQUIREMENTS:
SPM/STPM/Diploma holder in any field or equivalent
Good organization, telephone and communication skills
Minimum 2 years' experience in a Call Centre related environment
Fluent in oral & written English & Bahasa Malaysia
Ability to converse in other languages will be an advantage
PC literate in Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel
Flexible and possess ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
