Assistant Manager, Import Customer Service
Selangor - Section 32, Shah Alam - nearby Kota Kemuning
Responsibilities:

Leading a team of Customer Service agent to ensure compliance to the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) to archieve the team's KPI.

Coaching and providing guidance to the team, and providing assistance to the team when the need arise.

Preparing daily status report and container delivery plan to ensure timely delivery of the prioritized containers.

Preparing weekly report for the customer and weekly tracking report to ensure team's compliance to the timeline for the system updates is met.

Attending DOR (Daily Operational Review) with the customer on a daily basis.

Preparing the MOR (Monthly Operational Review) data and slides on a monthly basis.

Keeping track and monitor the errore made by team, and providing sugesstion on process improvements.

Attending to customer enquiries and escalations in a timely manner.

Attend to ad-hoc taskd as and when it is required.
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English

At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Applicants must be willing to work in Section 32,Shah Alam - nearby Kota Kemuning.

Preferably Managers specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
