CONTRACTS MANAGER
Kuala Lumpur

Responsibilities:

• To prepare projects budgets, forecasting final cost/value and cash flow management
• To monitor all contractual issue of project undertaken and to review main contracts and sub-contracts documentation
• Assist in settlement of final account with client and/or sub-contractors
• To monitor on amendments and changes of scope of work, conditions of contract, variation orders and extension of time

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Min. 8 years working experience in the construction industry
• Well-versed in both pre and post contract functions
• Able to liaise with contractors, consultants and clients
• Base in Kuala Lumpur
