Customer Service Agent
MYR 2500 - 2800 (+Bonus)
Kuala Lumpur, Selangor

Responsibilities:

We’re looking for a Customer Service Agent who will be supporting incoming emails / phone calls from our web users and customers. You will be given a support phone for answering enquiries regarding our web services. You're also required to make outgoing calls to our customers, possibly on a daily basis.
 
*You will be required to work on the following rotation shift: 12.00 pm - 9.00 pm Mon-Fri; or 11.00 am - 6.00 pm Sat & Sun. 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be *Internet Savvy* with pleasant personality.
  • Candidate must be able to manage our daily online sales orders.
  • Candidate must be able to provide customer support via phone and email.
  • Candidate must be able to speak Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
  • Candidate must be comfortable working in an Internet startup environment.
  • Candidate must be willing to work on a rotation shift.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
