Customer Service Executive/Claim Executive
Selangor - Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls bilingually and effectively
  • Responsible to receive process and respond to customers inquiries in a professional and prompt manner.
  • Responsible to take incoming telephone enquiries or through emails, on problems or complaints from customers relating to a range of specified products or services, with the objective resolving the customers issue as quickly as possible.
  • Following up on the feedback, escalation within internal department and customers.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in any discipline
  • Able to work flexible and shift hours.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Immediately available
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Good team player
  • Fluent in English, additional language is an added advantage
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
