To maintain full sets of accounts e.g payable, treasury, general ledger etc, ensuring completeness, accurary and compliance with accounting principles.
Prepare month-end closing schedules and reconciliations, processing of payment by cheque and cash, payment and any other accounting or admin work
Preparing and Closing of monthly management accounts, reporting and analysis
Preparation of monthly schedules to support account balance with proper and systematic filing documentation
Must be able to handle multiple tasks, schedule work effectively and work independently
Providing support for internal and external audit, tax reporting.
Preparing of financial related ad hoc reports as assigned and realted duties as and when required by the Management
Possess LCCI or a professional degree in Finance/Accountancy.
Minimum 2 – 5 years of working experience in the related field.
PC literate, possess good analytical skills and good communication skills
Knowledge in Accounting software system eg. Dynamic AX will be added advantage.
Multi tasker, willing to learn, independent, able to work under pressure with minimum supervision and able to meet deadlines
