System Engineer
Kuala Lumpur Responsibilities:

Provide client support and technical issue resolution on products and services.

Knowledge in troubleshooting hardware and software
-
Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems.
-
Required to perform onsite service at clients' locations.
-
Possess good communication and technical skills with consultative skills as well as customer-oriented skills.

Undertake all other ICT related projects of the company
-
Able to work extra hours, independently, full responsibility and with minimum supervision.

To conduct training for new staff

To perform any ad-hoc jobs and reports as and when requested by The Management
Requirements:
-
Diploma/ Degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
-
Experience in Microsoft XP/7/Window 2003/2008/Exchange/Sharepoint, VMware, Security/Anti-virus, Data-storage/backup products and solutions.
-
Experience in Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007/2010, SQL 2000/2005 installation
-
Experience in Backup software such as Symantec Backup Exec, CA ARCServe, Symantec Antivirus
-
At least 5 years of working experience on hands-on technical support, network and system trouble-shooting.

Experience in VMware ESX server, Linux and Unix will be a bonus

Familiar with industrial system/storage hardware such as HP, IBM, Dell
-
Good working attitude, a team player but also able to work independently
-
Those with relevant Industrial IT Certification (e.g. MSCA/MCSE/VMware etc) will be given priority consideration
