EXECUTIVE CHEF

Responsibilities:
The incumbent is responsible for overseeing daily operation of the kitchen production and operations He/she is to ensure overall imaginative, high quality cuisine of the outlets, hygiene and safety standard in the Kitchen.
Requirements:

Candidates must possess a professional degree/diploma in culinary or related discipline

At least 8 years working experience in related field

Proactive, matured, self motivated, innovative and creative.
