Branch Manager
Johor, Penang

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all the clinical aspects of the clinic
  • Administer and coordinate office functions, policies, housekeeping and sourcing
  • Administer and maintain the staff roster, staff leave records and submit doctor's locum claim
  • Provide customer support in handling billing inquiries and feedback received from panel clients
  • Maintain and order drugs, medical supplies, printed stationeries, etc.
  • In charge of billing for all corporate clients
  • Ensure patient cards are prepared correctly, and ensure the filing system is followed and maintained for easy retrieval
  • Ensure consultation and treatment are given smoothly to meet patient's satisfaction
  • Ensure the right drugs and dosage are given out, together with the correct instructions
  • Ensure stock inventory and records are available when required
  • Ensure that receipts, M/Cs and chits are issued correctly and copies stored for further use
  • Ensure cash transactions are recorded and done correctly

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in a related field
  • At least 3 - 5 years working experience in a related field
  • Possess excellent customer service skills, communication skills, good team spirit and able to maintain a positive working atmosphere, and able to maintain confidentiality of clinic and patient information
