CONSTRUCTION MANAGER / PROJECT MANAGER
Selangor - Glenmarie, Shah Alam Responsibilities:

Responsible for planning, managing and coordinating projects from inception to completion within budget and specified time frame.

Adhere to Company’s quality management system, policies and procedures.

Handle all contractual and technical matters pertaining to the projects.
-
Conduct and attend meetings with Clients, Consultants and all other relevant parties.
Requirements:
-
Possess at least Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Quantity Surveying or equivalent
-
8 - 15 years relevant working experience
-
Able to work independently in handling site operation
-
Experience in reclamation or earthwork an advantage
-
Computer literate, with knowledge in AutoCad an advantage
-
Possess excellent interpersonal skills dealing with project team, subcontractor, supplier, consultant and government agencies.

Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia
