Account Executive
Selangor - Bandar Bukit Puchong Responsibilities:

Preparation, planning and implementation of cost forecast, budget and cash flow projection for property development company.

Treasury function and cash management and credit control.
-
Handling the full set of accounts.
-
To produce monthly financial and management report for the senior management.
-
Posses high level of intergrity.
-
To liaise with external auditors with respect to interim and year-end audit.
-
Supervise the accounts staff for the day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
-
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.

Preferable with minimum 3 years experience in Construction / Property Development / Foods & Beverages / Retails industry.

Familiar with the reporting standards and requirements.
-
Strong technical skills in financial analysis, accounting and taxation.
-
A team player and able to work independently.

Applicant must be willing to work in Puchong, Selangor.
An attractive remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification will be offered to the successful candidate.
