The company engages in the operation of major infrastructures works such as general earthworks, retaining wall, main drainages, road works, sewer and water reticulation, golf course and also transportation services.

Receptionist and Administration
Selangor - Zest Point, Puchong

Responsibilities:

  • To attend to calls and walk in visitors.
  • Screen calls and transfer to appropriate personnel.
  • Arrange for courier pick up for documents deliveries.
  • Monitoring pantry supplies.
  • Ensure cleanliness of reception area and meeting room - to oversee cleaners.
  • Any other ad hic tasks as assigned from manager from time to time

Requirements:

  • Must be Malaysian citizen or permanent residence
  • Candidate must obtain credit at least in a Primary / Secondary School / SPM / "O" Level.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • COmputer literate and proficient in MS Office application
  • Experience is an added advantage
  • Flexible and able to work in a team
  • Willing to learn
  • Neat and presentable
