1 – Courses marketing and coordination :
Proposals of communications strategies for courses.
Courses implementation in coordination with the course director. After few months, new courses proposal, courses syllabus follow up.
Proposals and follow up of our advertisements in newspapers, or internet.
Promotion of Alliance Française and French courses in Universities, schools, public places or companies.
Answering phone, helping the reception for courses information when needed.
Answer to Alliance Facebook page and group and twitter demands.
Collect informations and install them on internet site. Follow up the change from english website to French/english website.
2 – General administration :
Help on letters sending, photocopies etc....
Follow up of french courses entrances, check the reception entrances with MYOB software and the cash, check or bank in slips.
Follow the employment announcements, give appointments.
Prepare the documents and photocopies for the Executive Committees meeting.
Prepare letters for Malaysian administration, like courses increases, advertisements, etc...
Diploma or Bachelor in marketing or communication. An experience of 1 or two years in marketing would be appreciated. The applicant should be conversant with MS office and Internet applications.
