As a Recruitment Consultant, you are the change agent between the hiring organization wishing to recruit talent and candidates seeking fresh career change! Your purpose is to match the mutual needs of the client and candidate to ensure the best skill and person fit. This requires you truly understand the client’s business, work culture and different job dimensions. At the same time, you need to appreciate the candidate’s career aspiration and driving motivation.
Providing general career advice and guidance
Identifying and educating candidates on current opportunities
Briefing candidates on suitable roles and preparing candidates for client interview
Resourcefully sourcing for new candidates through various social network channels, job portals to direct phone calls
Manage existing client relationship and develop new clients
Developing strong business relationships with clients by developing an in-depth knowledge of the business, culture and talent requirements
Taking and consulting the job brief with the client and effectively communicating to relevant targeted candidates
Facilitate the entire recruitment process from candidate sourcing, screening, interview, identify, offer negotiation to on-boarding successfully
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, any field.
Required language(s): English, Malay, Chinese (will be a plus)
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
2 Full-Time and Part-Time position available.
