TS-Lear Automotive (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is one of the top automotive seat manufacturers in Malaysia. We are a joint venture foreign company with majority shareholder is Lear Corporation from United State of America which is a leading global automotive supplier. Operating originally from Klang, we have expanded our operations to Proton City, Tanjung Malim with a team of close to 400 employees. We serve major Original Equipment Manufacturers such as PROTON, Toyota, Mercedes-Benz, Volvo and others.
In line with our expansion plans, we are looking for suitably qualified candidates for the following position.
Finance Manager
Perak - Tanjung Malim
Responsibilities:

Developing inventory analysis reports and analyzing variances.

Assisting in the improvement in overall plant internal controls.

Monitoring inventory transactions and ensure its accuracy.

Reconciling inventory accounts to the general ledger.
-
Preparing monthly journal entries as and when needed.
-
Ensuring compliance to inventory processes and procedures.
-
Supporting the overall SOX compliance process, including controls review, testing, and business area support.

Leading process improvement initiatives throughout the plant.
Requirements:
-
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance/ ACCA qualification with at least 4 years experience in managing company full set of accounts preferably in MNC environment.

3 to 5 years experiences in public accounting, auditing and/or a combination of public/private experience with financial reporting, analysis, financial system maintenance or consolidation.

Possess sound practical knowledge in financial accounting, local accounting standards, tax law, Companies Act.

Good presentation and communication skills.

Good team player with positive attitude.

Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office application and knowledge in Mfg/pro & Hyperion is an added advantage.
