Responsibilities:

• Establish, update and maintain Safety & Health management system, manuals, procedures in compliance with Government and International standards, and clients' requirements.
• Establish, implement, monitor and maintain yearly Safety & Health plan, training program and database.
• Coordinate and conduct regular Safety & Health inspection and audits, and conduct accident investigation as and when required.
• Provide safety supervision to field employees.
• Ensure site safety compliance among all level of employees.
• Review site condition prior to initiating Job hazard analysis.
• Liaise with project personnel to request for task information.
• Conduct Safe Behavior Observation, audits and inspections throughout the course for site activities and factory operations.
• Collect, compile and submit safety statistics data as required by top management.
• Discharge duties in the best interest of the company.
• Utilize and ensure adequacy of applicable safety checklist during execution of a task.
• Assist in non-compliance inquiry, violation probe and accident investigations.
• To undertake any and all others duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior from time to time. 

Requirements:

• Certificate/Diploma in Engineering or other graduates in related discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• At least 1 year working experience in manufacturing environment will be advantage.
• Computer literate – Microsoft Office and good proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Must be dynamic, energetic and resourceful team player, able to work independently with minimum supervision and manage projects to meet deadlines.
• Male applicants are preferred.
• Able to commence work in short notice.
