Some of our processes include Laser Cutting , Plasma Cutting , Welding and other sheetmetal work . Production / Chemical Engineer
(Johor - Seelong, Senai)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the daily smooth operation of the plant by minimizing waste and achieve plant capacity
  • Ensure production output meeting delivery schedules
  • Ensure good performance of operation teams
  • Continues improve plans to maximize plants effeciency by using lean, SMED, Kanban & JIT
  • Timely preparation of operation reports
  • Carry out assigned project / tasks delegated by superior
  • Lead and conduct process improvement activities

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Chemical) or Production Engineering.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
  • At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Chemical or equivalent.
  • A team player, resourceful, independent, firm and decisive and have a good interpersonal skill.
  • Posses strong leadership qualities and able to lead a team of operations staff.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Seelong,Senai, JOHOR.
