The Company has produced hundreds kinds of beauty and health products distributed to more than 20 countries in the world, through various product categories, such as teenagers, adults, elderly, men and women, from mass products to premium ones and also Spa products.
AREA EXECUTIVE
(Johor, Kuala Lumpur, Kelantan, Negeri Sembilan, Sabah, Selangor, Sarawak) Responsibilities:

Responsible on the achievement of Monthly Sales Target – Selling In and Selling Out for the Area Distributor for the above coverage area which set by Company Management.

To do itinerary call to develop Modern trade and General Trade market with the intention of expanding the distribution coverage.

To supervise the Availability, Visibility and Inventory of Company’s products in the outlet by call or joint call with the salesman routinely and systematically.

To monitor and ensure any form of promotion activities and sales activities running smoothly with the Promoter or Beauty Consultant. i.e.; any selected outlet, factory, government’s office and so on.

To propose program Below the Line program in order to achieve Area Distributor’s Sales Target.

To supervise the performance of Promoter, Beauty Advisors and Beauty Consultants to achieve promotion and sales target.

To review and control on Area Distributor’s Inventory to ensure there is no over-stock, under-stock and expired stock situation.

To report actual selling out of Area Distributor by weekly & monthly basis.

To discuss with Area Distributor on expanding the market, how to run the promotion in order to achieve the Sales Target.
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Marketing or equivalent.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English

Posses own transport and willing to travel outstation.

Good Communication skill, sales oriented, well disciplined.

At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.

7 Full-Time positions available. Kuala Lumpur/Selangor, Johor, Kelantan/Pahang/Terrengganu, Negeri Sembilan/Melaka, Sabah and Sarawak.
